About the job Capital Markets Lead - Web3.0 Group
Responsibilities - Identify investor targets including Web2 / Web3 VCs, funds, corporate / strategic investors for the group and its incubations
- Cultivate and maintain investor relationships and act as the key contact point in handling investor inquiries
- Design fundraising narratives and prepare documents to facilitate the fundraising process, including but not limited to pitch decks, financial projections, data room setup and business proposals
- Conduct research on the capital market activity and present Web 3 investment trends to the company's leadership team
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, venture capital partners and institutional investors
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements - Degree holder in Finance, Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in investment banks, brokerage firms, institutional investors, financial background
- Relevant working experience in fundraising/investor relations/venture capital or Web3 industry is highly advantageous
- Strong investment analytical skills
- Presentable and motivated with strong can-do attitude keen to work in a face-paced top tier platform
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently
- Having a strong network of US and Middle Eastern investor base would be a nice to have to complement the existing Asian investor network of the firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is a must
