Your new role As VP/SVP in Global Markets Compliance (2nd Line), you will:
- Act as an individual contributor providing compliance advisory for FICC, equity, and equity derivative products.
- Interpret and implement regulatory requirements across HKMA, SFC, and other regional frameworks.
- Develop and enhance compliance policies, monitoring programs, and risk governance for trading and sales activities.
- Partner with front office, risk, and legal teams to manage product-specific compliance risks.
- Lead thematic reviews, regulatory projects, and respond to inquiries from regulators and internal audit.
