Our business partner is a top-tier professional services firm & provider of insights, data, and analytics that empower investment strategies, enhance risk management, and uncover strategic opportunities. They are currently seeking a Team Lead in Account Management & Client Advisory to lead the account management team and oversee regional business across Greater China.
Your new role
As a crucial member of the division, you will partner with global sales leadership to align regional priorities within the matrix organisation. You will develop and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers and engage with major clients at industry events to uncover new opportunities. You will also drive product expansion by working with market development to design growth strategies tailored to regional potentials.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to excel in this role, you will have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience engaging regulators, boards, and C-suite leaders across Greater China. Expertise in building sales capabilities within a global, matrixed organisation would be necessary. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese are required. A strong leadership history, consistently delivering growth within existing accounts is a must.
