  • Support transformation projects, including data automation and process optimization, utilizing Alteryx for workflow development and reporting.
  • Apply a basic understanding of insurance business, products, and operational workflows to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Underwriting, Claims) to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of working experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience with Alteryx is required.
  • Prior exposure to the insurance industry and its operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
