Job Description

1) Client Relationship Development and Business Opportunity Development

- Focus on Key Accounts in telecom industry to built trusts, identify requirements, and create business opportunities.

- Establish long-term and sustainable relationship with clients by enhancing service and business collaboration, thereby enhancing their experience and promoting resource utilization.

- Regularly connect with current and potential clients to stay informed about their business plans, budgets, supplier situations, organizational structures, and technological environments.

- Identify the client decision-making chain, maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and establish long-term business and technical relationships with client CXOs or CXO-Ds to gain critical support in collaborations.

2) Product and Technical Value Communication

- Leverage an understanding of clients' industries and business backgrounds to help them comprehend the technical value of Alibaba Cloud products.

- Be independent. Capable to present Alibaba Cloud's values and solutions to clients; and, with support from SA, explain solutions tailored to client business scenarios, clearly communicating the competitiveness of Alibaba Cloud's offerings and the business value they can create for clients.

- Driving Decision-Making and Business Opportunity Conversion

-Facilitate quick decision-making from clients through effective resource integration and operations, encouraging the adoption and ongoing use of Alibaba Cloud products and technical solutions, continuously creating value for clients.

- Utilize a range of sales strategies, including communication influence and business quotations, to convert opportunities, achieve performance targets, and realize win-win outcomes with clients.

- Address issues affecting client experience encountered during product use by pushing for internal resolutions, driving improvements in internal product solutions and processes.

3) Business Support

- Provide comprehensive business support throughout the client lifecycle, integrating resources to ensure project implementation and promptly addressing product usage issues.

- Promote rapid iteration of Alibaba Cloud products on the client side, supporting the achievement of clients' technical objectives.

Position Requirement

- Over 3 years of experience in the cloud computing/ IT industry, with experience in key enterprise account management in telecom sector.

- Familiar with key clients in the country and have experience collaborating with or working at these top clients.

- Experienced in managing complex projects that require cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Ability to independently engage with high-level clients such as CEOs and CIOs, facilitating effective business and technical discussions to influence and accelerate decision-making.

- Guide and assist team members in project negotiations, driving collaborative discussions and influencing negotiation outcomes through the decision-making chain.

- Provide insights based on niche market analysis to understand client needs, thoroughly assess client strategies, businesses, and technologies, and offer forward-looking industry solutions.

- Knowledge of mainstream architectural design methods in the industry, able to address common technical architecture questions from partners and clients.

- Effective and mature communication skills. Able to lead the client conversation in technical and commercial presentation.

- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
