Job Description

Responsibilities & requirements:
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to proactively assume responsibility and add value in designing and managing the distribution process.
  • Currently hold or eligible to hold a RO type 1 and type 4 license.
  • Strong Family Office & EAM network in HK and Asia with evidence of successful sales into these channels.
  • Oversee and help to manage the overall dealing operations.
  • Participate in the development of new products and business initiatives to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on sales and compliance-related issues and promote a strong culture of compliance and ethics.
  • Experience in working with HK licensed insurance agents would be extremely beneficial in this role.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor / Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance and/or financial services with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Wealth Management qualifications would be beneficial.
