About the job Security Operation Centre Manager - Crypto Exchange
Key Responsibilities: - Perform security and risk analysis, providing, responding to incident reports for key security events to management.
- Conduct network attack simulations and internal network security assessments to test the exchange's security controls.
- Manage vulnerability management operations, including regular scanning and categorization of system, network, and application vulnerabilities.
- Review and maintain network security standards and procedures that comply with the digital asset exchange's security policies.
- Performing security assessments and code audits
- Researching new attack vectors and developing threat models
Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in network security management,
- Having worked in banks, brokerage or asset management or enterprise. Preference for a background in digital asset exchanges or related fields.
- Proficiency in network security operations, including but not limited to scripting, offensive and defensive security tools, and SIEM systems.
- Understanding of the corporate IT environment and the unique challenges of cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Ideally worked in SOC/Blue/Red team
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
