Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer engagement and market analysis strategy to support our company's growth in the crypto space.
  • Conduct market research to discover emerging trends and opportunities, assess risks, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the crypto community, aligning with our groups brand values and objectives.
  • Create engaging content in collaboration with KOLs, including AMAs, twitter threads on project reviews/guides, and promotional campaigns to resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and report on KOL campaign performance in alignment with portfolio company developments, using data to guide future strategies and support company objectives.
  • Organize and manage events and campaigns that leverage KOL partnerships to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Prepare and distribute reports detailing market trends, campaign results, and portfolio performance to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing analytical frameworks, tools, and influencer relations tactics to optimize the effectiveness of our market strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in market analysis, business analysis, KOL/influencer management, or related roles within the crypto, fintech, or venture capital industries.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with proficiency in financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the cryptocurrency market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and experience in utilizing analytics tools for performance measurement.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trends, and social media platforms relevant to the crypto industry.
