Job Description

Responsibilities & requirements:
  • Conduct research, analysis, and regular updates on global market trends-including alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds, private credit, and real assets-for advisors and clients.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance investment materials (presentations, sales decks, product notes), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide product support and investment expertise in joint client meetings with advisors, helping address queries and explain sophisticated fund structures.
    Serve as an internal subject matter expert for alternative fund solutions, supporting due diligence and facilitating advisor training and market education initiatives.
  • Assist with product subscriptions, and transaction processes related to investment products, maintaining the highest standards of procedural and compliance checks.
  • Collect and relay client/advisor feedback to the product and research teams for ongoing enhancement of platform offerings.
  • Experience in handling High Net Worth (HNW) clients is a strong advantage, including understanding their complex financial needs, delivering personalized advisory, and managing high-touch relationships with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin preferred).
  • Proficient in Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel, and other major financial/office software suites.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure; confident in a client-facing, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor / Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance and/or financial services
  • Wealth Management qualifications would be beneficial.
