Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners (Technology, Operations, Legal) to develop strategic solutions in client onboarding and maintenance platforms to meet business goals.
  • Lead the development of transformation strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, gather business requirements, conduct business analysis, prepare user stories, streamline workflows, recommend process enhancements, and suggest system upgrades.
  • Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility studies, requirement analysis, documentation, to UAT management and implementation support.
  • Evaluate project performance post-implementation, address production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolutions.
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop project timelines, monitor progress, prepare communication materials, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project deliverables, dependencies, and communicate status and timelines to all stakeholders.
  • Chair working groups, manage conflicts in resource allocation and expectations, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related fields.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management or product development, focusing on enterprise software solutions or client-facing applications.
  • Preferably with experience in Retail/Private Banking or Wealth Management, specifically in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge in Client Onboarding, KYC & AML, and familiarity with related subjects is advantageous.
  • Experience in data analysis and exposure to Data Quality Management frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to think holistically while understanding technical details.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a solution-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong skills in project management, people management, influencing, and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the capacity to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex topics across various levels.
  • Experience with Agile development practices, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is beneficial.
