Responsibilities
- Interpreting the features and vision of a product into executable plans and tasks, andtracking the progress of features as they're developed to ensure the roadmap isimplemented on time and within budget
- Running a cross functional team (tech, design, R&D, marketing) and arrangingworkflows from end to end to deliver user friendly, bug free, and optimized features forthe products
- Conducting user research, market validation, competitor landscape analysis to guideand improve the product development cycles
- Facilitating standup, planning and retrospective meetings and compiling status reportsfor venture partners and C-level executives
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a project management or related position
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including engineering, design, UI,UX and QA
- Applied knowledge of project management methodology, techniques and tools
- Strong conceptual, strategic, and creative thinking and the ability to discern andprioritize ideas for execution
- Track record of delivering / tracking multiple projects on time
- Familiarity working with external, third-party development teams
- Experience in using data and insights to inform planning and decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific expertise in compilingand summarizing information from multiple sources
Preferred
- Experience in a Project Management role for a web3 and/or DeFi protocol
- Knowledge of fintech / trading product development cycles
- Relationship building skills with leaders and technical teams & the ability to developconsensus and drive stakeholders to a decision
- PMI Body of Knowledge / PMP certification
