Job Description

1. Joint sales management and ecological teams to formulate strategies conducive to digital native ecosystem development, and promote the implementation of integrated approaches.

2. Develop partnerships with major digital native partners/customers, including but not limited to digital asset, online gaming, live-streaming, e-commerce and fintech etc.

3. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market Partnerships, Product Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities to accelerate and strengthen the ecosystem.

4. Discovering, capturing, and reporting back learnings from the field about opportunities and challenges related to the digital native industry.

5. Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior-level executives and technical individuals.

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in industry-specific technologies.

7. Promote rapid iteration of Alibaba Cloud products on the customer-end, and support customers to achieve technical goals.

8. Provide customers full lifecycle support, integrate all resources to ensure project landing, and detect and resolve product usage problems.

Position Requirement

1. 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role in the public cloud or digital native industry.

2. Candidate will be able to travel extensively (over 50%) to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth.

3. The ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally.

4. Have good product thinking, commercial thinking, sensitivity to users and the market, and forward-looking;

5. Have excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be able to integrate multiple forces to achieve business goals;

6. Self-driven and result-oriented; like challenging work, full of enthusiasm for work, and able to withstand work pressure;

7. Fluent English and Mandarin are required.

8. Possessing certificates for Alibaba Cloud Academy's ACA & ACP is an advantage
