Job Description This is a one year renewable contract.
- Support the brokerage channel in driving business growth
- Prepare regular sales reports to monitor performance and trends
- Conduct daily screening of applications to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Handle broker inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including policy servicing and underwriting teams, to streamline processes and ensure smooth policy issuance
Qualifications - Higher diploma or above; degree holder preferred
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in channel or sales support within the life insurance industry
- Sound understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering), CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism), and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures relevant to insurance brokerage activities
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with lookup and mail merge functions is an advantage
