Introduction: This role is a sales operations role, supporting our Hotel Business Unit. Strong data sense is required for this role.
In this Role, you'll get to: - Other reasonable duties, as assigned
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by Trip.com Group Management
- Resolve payment disputes between hotel partners and Trip.com
- Identify, consolidate and escalate any system related issue to related department for greater good of the team
- Actively communicate with hotel partners to resolve or clarify any booking or setting issue; to negotiate for better condition if needed
- Ensure, by operating Trip.com's internal portals, that the partner hotels' product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Trip.com sites to maximize customer experience
- Proactively monitor and enhance foundation of hotels including content, policy, rates and availability
- Help market managers to develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant support services to hotel partners (room types, rates, promotions, availability & content)
What you'll Need to Succeed: - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Capable to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and fast learning capability
- Positive and enthusiastic team player; have high service consciousness
- 1~2 years working experience in positions within hotel reservations, travel agencies, tour operators or OTA is a plus
- Data analytics skill is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
