Your new role - Provide strategic compliance advice and support various business lines, middle and back office on regulatory and compliance matters
- Proactively provide advice on the implementation of new and evolving regulatory requirements impacting Global Markets across diverse markets, ensuring business operations align with global regulations
- Handle the review of business agreements, marketing materials, and procedural manuals to ensure compliance alignment for Global Markets
- Deal with regulatory enquiries and inspections from Enforcement and Market Surveillance Department of SFC and HKEX
What you'll need to succeed
5-8 working experience in compliance within a banking/brokerage firm
Knowledge in business/operational compliance advisory
Fluent in English and Mandarin
