Execute account structure changes accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with front office needs.
Support the ASC Lead in achieving team objectives and meeting deadlines for front office deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues or discrepancies during the account structure change process
Suggest and implement improvements to streamline account structure change processes for front office support.
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years of experience with banking compliance processes
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (must be able to speak, read and write)
Able to work under pressure and learn fast
Able to work independently
