Your new company A well-established financial institution is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Associate to join their Operations department.
Your new role
Handle loan origination, management, and client support activities;
Oversee the effectiveness of designated servicing providers and representatives;
Compile operational data and generate reports for leadership;
Assist with special assignments and initiatives as required;
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or related area;
At least 5 years' background in handling mortgage loan operations;
Familiarity with reverse mortgage processes is a bonus;
Fluent in verbal English and Chinese, with Mandarin competence as a bonus
Proficient in utilising MS Excel and MS Access tools;
