Infrastructure Investment VP/Director

Job Description

• Lead large infrastructure investments in overseas markets, primarily through reputable funds/co-investments, and take opportunistic approach in direct investment in PRC and HK.
• Perform and manage all the necessary investment evaluation, research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, risk assessment, due diligence, deal structure and overall execution.
• Prepare investment proposals for the Investment Management Committee.
• Source opportunities and manage relationships with global GP.

Experience Requirements

• The ideal candidate would be a degree holder from reputable universities with minimum 10 year work experience, at least 3 years international exposure experience in various roles covering M&A, Corporate Finance, PE, infrastructure field investment, LP direct and/or co-investments, in reputable investment banks, accounting Firms, infrastructure companies, MNC and/or management consulting firms.
• Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving ability and top-level analytical mindset.
• Industry and transaction expertise in the Energy, Power & Utilities, and Transportation and/or TMT sectors would be preferred.
• Deal execution experience across different levels of the capital structures and geographies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in senior-level interactions internally and externally.
• Perfect command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Putonghua is preferred).
