Our client is a leading multinational digital transformation services provider for financial institutions, partnering with a major investment bank on a Treasury Transformation Program. They are implementing the Murex MX.3 platform across the bank's Treasury function and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Murex MX.3 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project planning, execution, and governance, including scope, timeline, and budget control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Treasury, Risk, and vendors) for requirements gathering, solution design, and system integration.
- Oversee UAT planning and execution, deployment activities, and post-go-live support (Hypercare).
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in banking or consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Murex MX.3 implementations.
- Strong understanding of Treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income) and risk management concepts.
- Proven experience managing large-scale system implementation projects, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese is an advantage.
