Job description
1. Develop and execute annual data-driven growth strategy for Chinese top e-commerce apps (e.g. Taobao, Douyin, Pinduoduo, JD), driving acquisition, retention, and revenue.
2. Lead cross-function taskforce including Product, Design, and Tech teams to align campaigns with business goals and optimize conversion funnels.
3. Drive market trends (social commerce, live streaming) into product and campaign innovations that outperform competitors.
4. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; continuously optimize for ROI and LTV across channels.
5. Manage budgets and projects with clear KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Min. 8 years in user growth or digital marketing, with proven experience in Chinese e-commerce industry - concrete experience in growth strategy execution is a must.
3. Hands-on experience in end-to-end business operations: from BD and product input to campaign delivery and budget management.
4. Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and budgets - leadership experience preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin required.
6. Strong data literacy: experienced with analytics tools.
7. Deep understanding of HongKong mobile payment landscape and top e-commerce platforms.
8. Passionate about digital trends and consumer behavior in HongKong.
