Your new role - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care.
- Manage membership administration, billing reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support B2B account setup, client operations, and ensure compliance with processes.
- Collaborate across APAC teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed - Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese (N1 preferred).
- Experience in customer service, operations, or billing is a plus.
