Core Responsibilities & Requirements
- Risk & Exposure Management: Monitor trading portfolios and risk exposures. Proactively manage and conduct periodic reviews of risk limits for clients and counterparties.
- Business Development: Drive new client acquisition, overseeing the full onboarding process and conducting regular portfolio reviews. Actively assist in the development of new business initiatives and product offerings.
- Market Analysis & Risk Identification: Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics and trends to identify potential market risks.
- Client & Counterparty Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing comprehensive transaction support. Organize and manage marketing events to enhance network engagement and manage key counterparty relationships.
- Candidate Profile: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commodities marketing or sales, backed by a substantial network of industry contacts.
- Regulatory & Professional Standards: Possess a solid understanding of relevant commodities regulations and compliance requirements. Must demonstrate strong professionalism, a high sense of responsibility, diligence, and impeccable professional ethics.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua is required).
- Additional Duties: Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
