Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on direct investment or co-investment opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end deal execution process, including financial modeling, valuation, investment memo drafting, and presentations to the Investment Committee.
- Assist in monitoring portfolio companies, tracking performance, and supporting value-creation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members on deal structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Help build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts across key markets.
- Contribute to cross-border investment strategies and fund-raising efforts as needed.
Qualifications:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in reputable investment banking (IBD), private equity, venture capital, or related fields. Flexible on sector coverage.
- Outstanding financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; ability to work on multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean-team environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
