Overview: We are seeking an experienced Associate to provide operational and administrative support to the Corporate Banking Relationship Management team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance adherence, and efficient transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Corporate Banking team, ensuring seamless workflow and timely execution of transactions.
- Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance-related tasks, including periodic reviews, account opening/closing, and follow-up on trigger events.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), clear alerts, and address sanction-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all client documentation and processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Banking, Operations, and other departments to resolve operational matters effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when managing sensitive client information and internal data.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting Relationship Managers in the banking sector, ideally within Corporate Banking.
- Strong understanding of KYC and compliance procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proactive team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling complex situations.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
