Key Areas of Responsibilities

Project & Solution Management
  • Lead end-to-end finance system projects, including ERP and EPM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Manage the transition from existing EPM / ERP systems to Headquarter strategic China-local finance software, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee gap analysis between global and local systems, and design solutions to bridge functional and process differences.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the key liaison between Headquarters Finance, Local Finance teams, and IT departments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels to manage expectations and drive change.

Change & Transformation Leadership
  • Lead change management initiatives to support process reengineering and cultural adaptation during system transitions.
  • Develop training and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in finance operations through technology and process optimization.

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all finance solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and local regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance systems management, including hands-on ERP/EPM implementation.
  • Proven experience with both China-localized finance software and global ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-border finance transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
