Key Areas of Responsibilities

Project governance
  • Articulate scope, objective and deliverable for the project
  • Set up project team with clearly defined roles & responsibilities
  • Prepare reports to keep project team apprised of the developments

Project planning
  • Recognize, gather and document requirements from team members
  • Ascertain the core dependencies and determine critical path for the project
  • Make and maintain plan for the project

Risk management
  • Identify the key risks that will impact the timeliness, quality and cost of the deliverable
  • Develop and maintain a plan to mitigate identified risks
  • Escalate to the right parties in case of unresolved risks

Stakeholder management
  • Facilitate consensus building on key decisions point during execution of project
  • Build positive working relationship with key stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field (e.g. Business, Finance, Management)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management or relate costs, with track record of delivering complex projects with multiple phases and workstreams
  • Ability to tailor communication to suit different audiences (e.g. technical teams, business team, executive)
  • Ability to produce high quality project artifacts to assist communications and decision making throughout the project
  • Knowledge in project implementation and management will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of typical organizational structure in financial institutions
  • Solid understanding on best practices and methodologies of project management
  • University Graduate with relevant degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Management)
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • PMO or other project related qualifications would be an asset
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, ownership and self-motivation
  • Thriving in fast paced and stressed environment
  • Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage
