Key Areas of Responsibilities - Responsible for deepening existing client relationship, as well as developing new clients and bring incremental revenue to the platform
- Follow up new account opening process, address client requests and inquiries, manage daily operational tasks, and ensure timely execution of all activities.
- Attend morning meetings and conduct daily advisory coverage for institutional clients including roadshows, tours and webinars
- Have a comprehensive understanding of various cross assets products offered by the company and be able to provide tailored solutions based on the specific needs of clients.
- Engage in internal and external business development activities, identify innovative and trending financial products, and raise requests to the product team.
- Demonstrate strong integrity, a sense of compliance, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Contribute to increasing the company's brand and product awareness among various clients, as well as expanding market share and penetration
- Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree above in Finance or related discipline
- 5-10 years of Institutional Equity sales/Prime brokerage sales experience
- Strong client development skills. Candidates with existing client resources, especially international LO & HF, are preferred.
- Idea & content driven sales are preferred.
- Experienced in global account management are preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to various requests and deadlines.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- University degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
- SFC licensed with Type 1, knowledgeable about local regulatory and compliance requirements.
