Product & Engagement Manager - Equity AI & PM Tools
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as a
Product & Engagement Manager - Equity AI & PM Tools for our Equity Portfolio Managers (PMs). This role is critical in providing context on AI and technology tools to PMs across the entire investment workflow. The successful candidate will help drive the development and roll-out of our product platform and serve as a trusted advisor to our fundamental equity portfolio managers, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of tools into their workflows.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-touch engagement and onboarding experiences for PMs by conducting tailored demos of AI and investment tools in the context of their workflow.
- Build and maintain strong in-region relationships with PMs, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for their AI and investment tool needs.
- Manage a suite of PM tools by collecting user feedback, translating PM insights into actionable product requirements, and working with our development teams to deliver and build out new capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through AI and technology adoption.
- Proactively communicate updates through newsletters, group teach-ins, 1x1 demos, and quarterly check-ins.
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role
- 2+ years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of AI, technology tools, and their applications in equity investment workflows
- Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing, including research workflows, portfolio construction, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex investment challenges into actionable solutions.
