What You'll Be Doing
活动运营

活动策略与策划:

• 深度分析市场趋势,竞争对手活动及平台用户数据,策划能有效刺激用户交易和参与的线上活动方案.
• 设计多种活动形式,包括但不限于交易竞赛,现货/合约交易挑战,拉新排行榜,和空投活动.
• 制定清晰的活动规则,奖励机制(如代币奖励,理财奖励)和预算,确保活动合规且具有高吸引力.

全生命周期项目管理与执行:

• 独立管理线上活动的全流程,从策划,测试,上线推广到活动结束后的奖励发放.
• 与产品,技术,设计,客服和风险控制团队紧密协作,确保活动页面开发顺畅,规则公平且系统稳定.
• 熟练使用交易所后台及营销自动化工具来配置,上线和监控活动.

数据分析与量化评估:

• 为每场活动设立明确的,可量化的KPI,例如:参与用户数,净新增交易量,新用户注册转化率,资产净流入,ROI(投资回报率) ç­‰.
• 运用数据分析工具(如内部数据平台,BI系统)进行深度用户行为分析,评估活动效果,并精准核算活动奖励.
• 撰写数据驱动的复盘报告,洞察活动成败的关键因素,并持续迭代优化活动策略.

跨文化沟通与协作:

• 英语能作为工作语言,要求听说读写流利. 您需要直接与海外团队进行沟通
• 负责撰写地道的英文活动公告,宣传文案和社交媒体内容.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

• Deeply analyze market trends, competitor events, and platform user data to plan online events that effectively boost user engagement and transactions.
• Design diverse campaign formats, including but not limited to trading competitions, spot/futures trading challenges, new user referral leaderboards, and airdrop campaigns.
• Develop clear event rules, reward mechanisms (e.g., token rewards, financial product rewards), and budgets to ensure events are compliant and highly appealing.

Full-Lifecycle Project Management and Execution:

• Independently manage the entire online campaign lifecycle, from planning and testing to launch, promotion, and post-event reward distribution.
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, design, customer service, and risk control teams to ensure smooth development of event pages, fair rules, and system stability.
• Proficiently use exchange back-end systems and marketing automation tools to configure, launch, and monitor events.

Data Analysis and Quantitative Evaluation:

• Set clear, quantifiable KPIs for each event, such as the number of participating users, net new trading volume, new user registration conversion rate, net asset inflow, and ROI (Return on Investment).
• Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., internal data platforms, BI systems) to perform in-depth user behavior analysis, evaluate event effectiveness, and accurately calculate event rewards.
• Write data-driven post-mortem reports to identify key success and failure factors and continuously iterate and optimize event strategies.

Cross-Cultural Communication and Collaboration:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to communicate directly with international teams and different stakeholders
• Responsible for writing event announcements, promotional copy, and social media content in English and Chinese

What We Look For In You

• 本科及以上学历.
• 拥有2年及以上线上活动运营经验,并且有成功的Web3/加密货币交易所活动运营案例. 必须熟悉常见的加密货币活动玩法.
• 强大的数据分析能力,精通Excel/Power BI/SQL进行高级数据分析,能够从复杂数据中提炼洞察.
• 英语可作为工作语言,且沟通流利,具备在全球化团队中工作的能力.
• 对加密货币市场,交易产品(现货,合约)有浓厚兴趣和深入了解,自身是加密用户者更佳.
• 具备出色的项目管理能力和抗压能力,能适应Web3行业快节奏的变化.

优先考虑:

• 有使用SQL进行数据提取和分析的经验.

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in online event operations, with a proven track record of successful event management in the Web3/cryptocurrency exchange space. You must be familiar with common crypto event mechanics.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL for advanced data analysis and the ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
• A strong interest in and deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and trading products (spot, futures). Being a crypto user yourself is a major plus.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle pressure, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the Web3 industry.

Preferred:

• Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis.
