We are looking for a strategic and highly skilled Head of Cybersecurity to lead our organization's security posture and protect critical assets from evolving threats. This senior leadership role will define and implement cybersecurity strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of security awareness across the business.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee security operations, risk management, incident response, and vulnerability assessments.
- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organisation.
- Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and external security partners.
- Monitor emerging threats and technologies, proactively adapting defences to mitigate risks.
- Drive security awareness programs and training for employees at all levels.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), compliance requirements, and risk management.
- Proven track record in incident response, threat intelligence, and security architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
