Principal responsibilities - Achieve sales target by planning and management of team activities
- Lead the team to solicit new applications through branch / roadshows
- Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
- Manage team performance and development of subordinates
- Manager 3rd party vendor as Service ambassador to support roadshow activities while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Improve success rate of applications by minimizing missing supporting documents / application information
- Manage team administrative work
- Manage roadshow operations and ensure service quality is up to standard and compliance
Requirements - University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Proven working experience in retail banking product management with at least 3 years in managerial grade
- Strong business acumen and numeric sense
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
