Your role

• grow our APAC business by collaborating with multi-asset portfolio managers and working with clients
• work with sales teams to identify business opportunities
• develop sales strategies, and support business growth
• participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure business
Your team
Your will be part of the global investment specialist team and be working in the Active Multi Asset team located in Hong Kong. The team is responsible for the management of multi-asset portfolios for Asian and international clients. As an Investment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of multi-asset investments at UBS
Your expertise
• bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative disciplines, finance, or economics; post-graduate qualification preferred
• minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within the financial sector, preferably in multi-asset, strategist, or client-facing positions
• strong investment and market expertise with an aptitude for synthesising, distilling, and clearly articulating investment strategies; solid understanding of fixed income, equity, currency, and derivatives markets
• outstanding communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders
• results-driven strategic thinker and effective problem solver, committed to accountability and accuracy under pressure
• demonstrates initiative, competitiveness, and a drive for continuous improvement; excels in collaborative, team-based settings
• advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office suite and Bloomberg platform
• fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese required to support local clients
