Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow within the recruitment and executive search industry.
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various tools and online platforms to identify and engage potential candidates to develop and maintain pipeline of qualified talents.
- Market Research : Research industry trends, people movements, and target companies to provide insights that support senior recruiters.
- Database Management : Maintain and update the firms candidate database with accurate information. Ensure that candidate profiles are complete and up-to-date, and assist in organizing candidate data for easy access and reporting.
- Reporting : Generate and assist in preparing client pitchbooks, market reports on candidate sourcing activities, market insights, and trends. Present findings and recommendations to senior team members as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with senior recruiters to understand specific client needs and assist in developing tailored search strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving research processes.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating communications with candidates, and preparing documentation as required.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an internationally recognized university
- 0-2 years of experience in business administration, recruitment, or relevant functions
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to sift through data to identify key insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive attitude, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
