Associate/AVP, Organization and Talent Management, Human Resources
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the team leader in designing, organizing, and implementing employee training and development programs;
- Responsible for execute cultural integration programs, and team-building activities;
- Organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and related wellness activities;
- Monitor and analyze the execution of the annual training budget;
- Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- With more than 5 years relevant experience, especially in PM and OD file will be advantage;
- Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized;
- Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
