Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Research : Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities aligned with the funds strategy (e.g., AI, technology, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, etc.).
- Financial Analysis & Modeling : Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including valuation, cash flow analysis, and returns assessments.
- Due Diligence Support : Assist in coordinating commercial, legal, and financial due diligence processes alongside senior team members and external advisors.
- Investment Execution : Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for investment committees; participate in deal structuring and negotiations.
- Portfolio Management : Support the monitoring of portfolio companies, including tracking performance, analyzing risks, and assisting in value-creation initiatives.
- Team Collaboration : Contribute to fundraising materials, investor reporting, and internal strategy discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education & Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Business, Science and Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
2. Experience
- 2- 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, consulting, or accounting.
- Exposure to full-cycle transactions (sourcing, execution, portfolio management) is preferred.
3. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis), and due diligence processes.
- Strong analytical abilities with familiarity in sector-specific trends (e.g., AI, tech, healthcare).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
