Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate product delivery, effective issue resolution, and adherence to business standards.
  • Manage FX middle office responsibilities, including trade support, trade confirmations, and exception management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of FX-related issues, liaising with internal teams and external counterparts as needed.
  • Train, motivate, and manage team members to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous process improvement by challenging existing practices and adopting new technologies.
  • Manage client visits, presentations, and retention efforts while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in FX middle office.
  • Strong communication, business analysis, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, lead teams, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing cross-office initiatives.
