Your new role - Oversee the policy servicing system transformation project,
- Assess document servicing workflows and identify enhancement opportunities
- Document business needs and translate to technical requirements
- Support testing, training, and change management
What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within life insurance operations
- End-to-end project management experience
- Familiarity with policy servicing systems, workflow automation, and digital process improvement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
