What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage change and support business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
