- Supporting and enhancing enterprise virtualisation and VDI platforms (Hyper-V, Citrix)
- Contributing to infrastructure projects that improve reliability, performance, and scalability
- Building and improving monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility
- Integrating Windows platforms with internal tools, services, and APIs

- Working across Windows and Linux environments where platforms intersect
- Participating in an on-call rotation, with a strong focus on reducing operational toil through automation
What were looking for
- Strong experience in Windows DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management
- Solid understanding of Windows Server internals and production operations
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and enterprise virtualisation
- Exposure to VDI environments (Citrix experience strongly preferred)

- Working knowledge of Linux systems and basic networking fundamentals
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and open-source tooling
- Background working in high-availability, performance-critical environments
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership
