Responsibility
Manage and nurture relationships with key carrier customers.
Track and analyze customer development progress, preparing regular reports and insights.
Develop and implement targeted engagement activities to strengthen partner relationships.
Manage the marketing budget and develop the annual brand strategy and plan.
Execute marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
Take full ownership of all external/internal events for the Carrier Business Division, including strategy, planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
Track event performance and analyze ROI to inform future strategies.
Lead the internal and external promotion of business strategies and product capabilities.
Develop comprehensive business manuals, sales collateral, and other promotional materials.
Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and customer roadshows.
Coordinate resources and drive project execution across different teams, departments, and external organizations to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster a positive team culture by actively contributing to initiatives that boost morale and strengthen team cohesion.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry or an event agency.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with proven proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with the ability to present plans and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
