We're looking for a skilled IT Executive Officer (System/Network) to support one of our largest sizeable in-house clients.
Your new role
- Oversee and support office systems and meeting room tech to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Check server and network logs regularly and report any issues.
- Manage systems across Windows, VMware/Sangfor, Firewall, and Linux environments.
- Run virus scans and keep all security software current.
- Apply Microsoft updates, patches, and service packs when needed.
- Schedule and verify server backups to protect and recover data effectively.
- Set up and maintain laptops and desktops following company IT standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in Deskside User Support
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Microsoft 365, VMware, Veeam Backup, Active Directory, and networking basics.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Windows, VMware, Veeam Backup, and MS Exchange systems.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
