Your new role - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Monitor regulatory developments in blockchain and digital assets, and advise leadership on implications.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure internal controls are effective and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, product) to embed compliance into business processes.
- Lead compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred.
- 5-6+ years of compliance experience, ideally within fintech/web3.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams globally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing innovation with regulatory responsibility.
