Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire bidding and procurement process management of the branch, including demand analysis, supplier selection, tender document preparation, bid evaluation, business negotiation, and execution supervision
- Establish and improve the branch's procurement system and processes within the framework of relevant head office regulations, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong laws and regulations and head office internal control requirements
- Liaise with business departments to coordinate procurement plans and optimize procurement costs and efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations and risk monitoring
- Cooperate with internal and external audits to ensure the procurement process is compliant and transparent
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in economics, finance, law, or related fields
- At least two years of experience in corporate procurement or bidding management. Experience in the financial industry or large institutions is preferredï¼›
- Practical experience in supply chain management, cost control, or supplier evaluation; able to independently prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluation analysisï¼›
- Strong data analysis and negotiation skillsï¼›
- A strong sense of compliance and excellent communication and coordination skillsï¼›
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
