Job Description
- Conduct targeted headhunting projects to source high‑quality candidates for clients hiring mandates
- Source new candidates through cold calling, database searches, networking, and online tools such as LinkedIn
- Support senior consultants in all aspects, including updating mappings/lists/systems, conducting market research, and identifying strong candidates for meetings or calls
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years of full‑time working experience after graduation
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Bachelors degree or above
- Experience in Recruitment , Financial services , or Sales is preferred
- Energetic, hardworking, and demonstrates strong integrity
- Able to work under pressure
