We're looking for a skilled Technical Lead to support one of our largest reputable clients.
Your new role
- Lead design and implementation of integration solutions, web portals, and process automation.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and oversee development, testing, and rollout.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.
- Set and enforce best practices in coding, integration, and DevOps pipelines.
- Coach and guide development teams, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define scope, timelines, and technical approach.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of experience in system integration/ project management with leadership exposure.
- Industry experience in finance or regulated environments is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, PostgreSQL, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency preferred.
