HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to carry on long term insurance business and facilitate retirement financial planning through the provision of annuity products in Hong Kong.
Job Descriptions:
- To assist in formulating and enhancing the Companys risk frameworks including related policies, guidelines and procedures;
- To assist in performing risk assessment and maintaining risk registry of the Company;
- To assist in providing advices on the design and effectiveness of risk management controls;
- To provide support in reviewing operational risk events, identifying root cause of the incident and complaint and recommend remedial actions and areas for improvement;
- To conduct research and analysis on risk-related topics, including regulatory developments, industry practices, and emerging trends;
- To design training program and prepare materials for the staff; and
- To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, Business, Computer Science or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in risk management or related discipline;
- Good knowledge of insurance operations and the local regulatory requirements, familiar with the Laws and Regulations relevant to the carrying on of regulated activities by the licensed intermediaries;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Good analytical, project management, reporting, communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem-solving skill.
