US Stock Settlement Manager

Key Responsibilities：

1. Research and identify potential US trading brokers to expand execution and stock depository channels.
2. Maintain relationships with existing brokers to ensure efficient and smooth trade settlement processes.
3. Optimize internal settlement procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements.
5. Analyze market trends periodically and provide recommendations to improve business strategies.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, particularly in settlement and trading operations.
3. Thorough understanding of the US financial market structure and relevant regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market trend research.
6. Must be proficient in all operational procedures and regulations related to DRS, DWAC, and DTC depository services.
