Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans in accordance with asset management business objectives and performance metrics;
- Actively expand the Hong Kong market through compliant marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients, facilitating the implementation of asset management products/services to drive growth in both AUM and revenue;
- Enhance group-wide collaboration by maintaining effective communication with headquarter, branches, and subsidiaries, while leading cross-functional teams to develop domestic channels and increase both client base and business volume;
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure business alignment and support frontline teams in joint marketing initiatives;
- Prepare client marketing materials as needed, conduct business presentations, and provide recommendations to the investment team for product development;
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with peer institutions in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field;
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong markets and familiarity with mainland China markets; deep understanding of financial products with ability to provide professional investment advice;
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with established client network;
- Results-driven with strong adaptability, resilience, and coordination skills; high ethical standards and integrity;
- Holder of HK SFC Type 1, 4, and 9 licenses;
- With extensive industry connections is highly preferred.
