About You:

What you'll do and what success looks like:
- Support the order placement and settlement related activities on the Wealth Management Products, e.g., Mutual Funds
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation and identify the irregular and outstanding issues with counterparts
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned
What we're looking for:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking Operations with strong product knowledge on Mutual Funds.
- Experience with AI, automation, process transformation and knowledge of stocks operation is an advantage
- Good control and risk awareness background.
- Ability to recognize and escalate high risk situations to direct supervisor
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Officer
