Vice President of Investor Relations to join their
Bangkok-based team and play a pivotal role in shaping the companys investment story and engagement with the global investment community. Candidate currently based out of Thailand with international exposure are welcome.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Craft and articulate the companys investment narrative for analysts and investors.
- Prepare investor-related materials, including presentations, press releases, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, and stock exchange representatives.
- Provide senior management with insights from the investment community and advise on strategic IR matters.
- Oversee investor database management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as required.
